Performance Evaluation and Quality Assurance Department:

Responsible for the following:

 

  • Offering technical and educational consultancy to the colleges related to setting and implementing the systems of performance evaluation and quality assurance.

  • Spreading awareness among faculty members, staff and students about the importance of applying the systems of performance evaluation and quality assurance.

  • Identifying the quality assurance system on the directorate level.

  • Cooperating with experts in the field of quality assurance in order to set booklet including the fundamental principles and criteria that should be applied in the colleges.

  • Cooperating with the national, regional and international authorities of the quality assurance.

  • Following up the schedules of the quality assurance committees in the colleges.

  • Participating in the processes of internal audit to guarantee quality. Educational institutions; that have external and internal examiner to review programs will carry out these processes.

  • Setting documents and data required by the process of self-assessment in association with the colleges.

  • Cooperating with the competent authorities in carrying out the process of external evaluation.

  • Participating in making the reports that contain the evaluation, accreditation and the outcomes of the self-assessment as well as presenting them to the Board of Trustees.

  • Any other similar works assigned to the department.
